As a School Manager,
My Primary Responsibility include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with staff, and ensuring that the school runs smoothly, I also work closely with the Principal and other administrators to develop and implement policies , programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the educational experiences for students and fostering a positive learning environment.
Additionally, I handle budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning to support the school's goals and to faciliate a supportive and conductive environment where students can thrive academically, socially and emotinally.
